Refund & Returns Policy
At RENGU, we hold our handcrafted beauty selections and fresh organic botanical formulations to the absolute highest standards of quality and purity. Due to the custom-made and highly personal nature of our products, our returns policy is governed by the following guidelines:
1. Handcrafted Custom Press-on Nails
Because each couture press-on nail set is painted to order and matched to your specific sizing selections (XS, S, M, L, or Custom mm dimensions):
- Custom Sales are Final: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if incorrect nail sizing coordinates were submitted during checkout.
- Atelier Defect Pledges: If you receive a set that differs in size from the order records or contains a clear structural defect, we will prepare and dispatch a priority replacement set free of charge. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
2. Perishable Organic Henna Cones & Pastes
Our organic Rajasthani mehendi cones represent fresh, micro-batched botanical creations free from chemical preservatives:
- Non-Returnable Class: Due to their perishable nature and mandatory cold storage requirements, organic henna cones cannot be returned or refunded once shipped.
- Shipping Delays: If transit experiences unexpected delays exceeding our standard freshness window, contact our concierge immediately at concierge@rengu.com to arrange a fresh replacement.
3. Aftercare Oils & Gel Polish Accessories
Drop-bottles (Aftercare Oil) or Velvet Gel Polish Sets are eligible for returns:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with gold seals unbroken. We cannot accept returns on opened or partially used cosmetic oils due to absolute health and safety protocols.
4. How to Request Return Support
To initiate a return ticket, email our salon boutique desk at concierge@rengu.com with your Name, order Reference ID (e.g., RNG-xxxxxx), and details regarding your request. Retain all original packaging material for returns processing.
