1. Custom Nail Art Customization
Our press-on nail sets are hand-crafted by master artists to exact customer dimensions:
- Clients are fully responsible for measuring natural nail dimensions (XS, S, M, L, or Custom mm measurements) prior to checkout. Refer to our Sizing Guides to ensure optimal fittings.
- Since each set is handcrafted, minor variations in gold filigree strokes or pigment swirls may occur, celebrating the unique artisan nature of our couture sets.
2. Organic Henna Freshness & Sourcing
To safeguard the botanical potency of our organic henna cones:
- Our henna paste is prepared fresh in micro-batches using Sojat, Rajasthani leaves. Cones must be refrigerated immediately upon arrival to preserve natural enzyme release and dye potency.
- RENGU is not liable for reduced stain performance resulting from improper storage, delayed application, or skin preparation neglect.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices shown on the catalog are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard local taxes (GST). Shipping surcharges (if concierge air shipping is selected) will be displayed clearly inside the Order Summary during checkout. Settle payments securely via Razorpay or Cashfree APIs.
4. Intellectual Property
All assets, including our luxury gold logo, custom category graphics, product names, formulations, design files, and text copy belong exclusively to RENGU Premium Beauty. Unauthorized replication, reselling, or commercial misuse is strictly prohibited.
